No Call Back
I have been asking Miway to call back me back on their"call back" option a couple of times last week but up till now no one phoned me back. It is very disappointing for me because I have been dealing with them for a while now, never had any problems with them and are always very quick to post a good review on Hellopeter about their service.

03 Jun 2020, 07:48After logging a complaint on Hellopeter on Monday I was called back from Innocent (Complaint Department) twice (I missed her call ) and mailed to be assisted. Eventually after going to a lot of trouble she got hold of me and was assisted in the utmost professional way. Her service was excellent. The conversation that we had was very the****utic (she has got the most calming and friendliest voice) and yes, she assisted me in every way she could. Innocent, you are amazing!. Thank you for helping me and making the experience with MiWay once again a great experience. Thank you for being so kind , understanding and so friendly. I was really nice dealing with you. 10/10 for your great service !!!!
