No call back
<p>I phoned you 09 March to ask you to review the increase on my *** in premiums & R450 on the excess. You told me a manager will call me back to review it. No-one did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I again send an email enquiry on 10 March (Ref ********** 87). </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm still waiting for a call from you. </p>
