No assistance with my car accident

<p>I had an accident on the 13th of May 2016. My car was towed away. Up and till today no assesment was done on my car. Everytime I phone I am on the line for between 10 - 30 minutes. I have had no correspondence via email or phone. What do I have to do to get any feedback or assistance from Miway??</p>
