NO assistance when trying to cancel your policy!!!
For over a week now I've been trying to cancel my policy. I called, emailed and called again.
Or their retentions department is receiving a high volume of calls or they send your SMS' that they tried calling but NEVER DID. *** ***
I'll be referring this to the Ombudsman as all other avenues have failed unfortunately.
