No assistance offered when i call to enquire on my insurance

I am sooo concerned about what i just discovered when i called my insurance to ask about the instalment on my premiums that jumped without being told, to my surprise Nomsa whom i spoke with told me i am under a broker Bisho something that i never ever joined. when i took up my insurance i called my self to take it up and suddenly somebody decides to put me under a broker. Kindly provide me with the details of how i joined through a broker and please assist me to cancel my insurance i am sooo not safe with you guys.
