No assistance

I've been requesting miway to assist with a tracker on my cars. I've been in this process since 17 Jan 2022 and still nothing has been. I've spoken to 3 different consulants namely, Keneiloe Papo, Tamsanqa Makuala and Zanele Mvelase who all promised to escalate matter but nothing is been done. I asked for a managed to call me back, NOTHING

they have clauses about the kind of trackers they use but can't seem to assist you with them. I will not be held responsible for anything that happens to car and I need to claim.

You cant deny me because of your laziness and poor customer service.

Actually I want to cancel my insurance with my way. They useless and lazy
