No assistance and communication from miway regarding my ***

I'm writing this email to check up on my claim submitted on the 19th . I've tried to call miway more than 10times in a day and leave msgs, but no response.

I called and was told claim was approved and a guy called Vuyo will be communicating with me .I was told by Ayanda I will receive an email and sms,I received nothing.

I was referred to panelbeaters by miway I went in the 20th as booked in. A Quotation was done and was not fully checked some injured parts of the car was not assessed by the lady who was busy with me. I haven't received any quotation to compare with my personal panelbeaters who for me they went through parts that u wasn't aware of as the previous panelbeaters from miway never went through such.

I got a call from Vuyo advising I should send more pictures of the injured car to his email. Up to now no further communications have been done. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with miway service given to me. I request that I be contacted and assured regarding my claim. I am truly unhappy with miway, today is I also tried to contact them direct nothing at all to even get through to a direct call with an agent.
