No Assistance after Motorcycle Accident!!

Why pay insurance if your insurance company does not do what you paid them for!! I was in a motorcycle accident at the start of the month. Miway collected the motorcycle and took it to Auction Nation. Firstly WHY action nation and not a reputable motorcycle shop. They mentioned they will do the assessment and pay me out so I can repair the bike. As expected the assessment was done sub par and under valued, they did not even strip the bike for the assessment. After requesting that my motorcycle be taken to a reputable motorcycle shop nothing has been done, and I have been running around phoning, emailing with out any relevant feedback. Nomhle Mabe the claims agent on my case does nothing, she does not pick up the phone when phoning and after leaving messages I need to get in touch with her again. All she states is that she is waiting for feedback from the assessor (Coenie De Beer). Why? I need my bike transported to a motorcycle shop!! As South Africans it is expected for us to just take it on the chin, another service provider that gets paid for nothing!!!
