No Assesor Sent out to Assess Motor accident Claim

WiWay informed me that and assessor was sent out to view my car after I tried to submit a claim and disputed the approved amount. this is after they first sent me to a non BMW approved repair centre.<br> <br> When I disputed the approved amount after seeing the quote from BMW I asked how this estimate was calculated?<br> <br> I was then told by a lady Kgomotso that an assessor Ruan van Zyl was sent out to my car, who did this inspection and he submitted his estimate. This is not true and this never happened.<br> <br> After getting Raun's cell number and phoning and leaving a message till today no one from MiWay phoned me back to sort this out.<br> <br> I then requested a NCB letter and this letter states that I put in a claim. this is also no true because I did not proceed.<br> <br> I don't know how this business is run but lying to clients is not the way to go.<br>
