No Answer

I have been a customer of MiWay for years and NEVER had to claim. <br> <br> I need a windscreen repair done and my car is at the dealership with someone ready to do the repair. After 32 minutes on hold, I gave up.<br> <br> I shudder to think what would happen if this was a serious emergency! I am so deeply disappointed in MiWay.<br> <br> I get loads of calls trying to sell me more and more products on MiWay - perhaps you should assign some of your sales agents to servicing your clients???
