No airbags deployed and car removed without checking sensors despite MANY requests to do so!

I was involved in a high speed accident and my airbags did not deploy. I have been requesting Miway to send someone out to check the airbag sensors before they take the car to salvage for 2 days now. I was just informed that my vehicle has been removed and taken to Auction Nation but nobody can tell me where. I urgently need the airbag sensors to be checked as I will be taking this further. I have spoken to 4 call center agents as well as my claims assessor several times and still my car was removed without this being checked. No managers available to talk to me and i am at my wits end!
