NO AGENTS AVAILABLE AT 8:04AM??????
I have been calling all week to try and cancel my policy. I keep getting told that I am being transferred to retentions and end up holding on for over 15mins until the call cuts.<br> <br> Today I was told retentions is too busy and there's no agents available. How can there be no agents available first thing in the morning???<br> <br> if this is your customer service I would hate to think what will happen should I need to claim.<br> <br> Please can someone call me to just cancel my policy???
