Nkosinathi Botlhokwane is a star!!
I got stuck on the highway yesterday and was bit frantic when I called into the roadside assist helpline. Nkosinathi was calm, efficient and friendly in how he handled my call. He put me at ease and even made me laugh a bit, which really helped me in a stressful situation. He did not even get annoyed when I couldn't describe where I was properly, instead he found an alternative way for me to let him know where I am through whatsapp and let me vent about my situation a bit.
