Nkosie once again delivers on service
Premiums and excesses were discussed with the call centre clerks. I was not happy with the outcome as there was no understanding. I spoke to Nkosie again and once again he has sorted everything out smoothly and without much effort. MiWay...take notice and make this man an example to your staff as to how to operate. Thanks Nkosie!
