Nkokozo Sibeko my Guardian Angel from Miway

Monday 2021-01-11 around 16:30 after work I took my car for repairs at Isando Denvor Auto Panel beaters after I was involved in a car accident late last year which Miway Insurance is assisting me to fix. It was too late for the Panel beater to take me home and did not know where to get taxis and how many taxis I needed to take until I get home. Out of panic I called Miway Insurance I spoke to Mr. Ntokozo Sibeko Miway consultant after his professional introduction and greetings my first words were "Can you please help me I don't know if you can or if its possible?' he was so calm and the tone of his voice made me feel at ease as I explained my story to him. He immediately said "Yes I will help you" He stared to explain how Miway Insurance can help me get home safe and not too late. He asked if I had a smart phone to use that I can use their Urber services to get me home. I did not have a phone. He waited patiently on the line until I got a phone to use from one of Denver Auto consultant Mr Muzi. Mr Nkokozo sent the sms with the voucher I need to use to request Urber. As I was still clearing the car Mr. Ntokozo called me again to check if I did received the sms and if i requested Uber already. I said yes all went well I'm still waiting. In less than 3 Minutes Mr Siza Mkize the Urber driver came. And took me home. In this Pandemic of Covid-19 as an essential worker Miway Insurance made it easy for me not to expose myself to taxi ranks as they are super spreaders. Few minutes after I got home Mr. Ntokozo called me again to check if I arrived home and still safe. In this times of GBV I felt save and cared for. My family was so happy when got home safe. My 11 year old son Richard started to explain to me the dangers of taking an Urber and shared stories he heard previously. This experience made thigs easy for me and I was also able to understand and continue the topic of GBV with my son on how important is it to treat woman like Queens they really are. Mr. Ntokozo thank you for being My Guardian Angel. I fell very blessed and humbled. Keep up the good work Miway Insurance. I feel like a Queen
