Nkhensani Rikhotso was excellent, I logged onto my app and submitted a claim, I straight away got a call back, I was shaken up and not sure how the whole process worked, but Nkensani walked me through everything and really went the extra mile to help me. Despite it being so late at night, she guided me step by step through the process and organized for the tow truck to fetch my car. She assured me it's safe and that miway will take care of it. After the whole process of getting the car towed. Nkensani gave me a follow-up call to check if the car had been towed and helped me through the claim process as I notified her will be flying out the country tomorrow. She assisted me with getting the whole claim process running already as I won't be easily reachable on my cell. Despite all this, she was so helpful, kind and professional. Thank you so much!
