Nkhensani R, I was struggling to get through to MiWay but I finally got through
Nkhensani R, I was struggling to get through to MiWay but I finally got through. Nkhensani was so kind and patient with me. She explained everything to me in detail and reassured me which helped with my anxiety. She made it easier for me because even if she had transferred me to the relevant department they told me she had already filled in my claim. Which made my life so much easier
