Nightmare to get cover

I moved to MiWay due to the good reviews, but what a nightmare company to deal with just to get the policy in place. Every time I speak to a consultant, there is an impact to my premium and/or cover even though there is no change to a standard vehicle, which is >5 years old. My policy number has changed a number of times and it has been such a struggle to get an inspection certificate for my vehicle.

Their consultants cannot help with anything and freeze up as there is a dispute on what is being said.
