Never return calls and drop calls all the time

<p>The last couple of months were a real struggle with getting into contact with MiWay. The most recent was just to get a rental car while my car go in for repairs. I tried calling but halfway through the calls the phone just goes dead, and if you use the online chat you get promises that you will be called but nope nothing.... so tomorrow my car is going in for repairs and I will be without a vehicle. Yes I maybe left it for too late but did not think it will take more than a day just to get something organised.</p>
