Never received Micashback bonus since 2015

To whom it may concern

I would really like feedback on WHY I have not yet received any Micashback since I have had my miway policy since 2015 , My first accident claim was in 2019 and still I have not received any micashback on my policy

If a senior member of Miway can please contact me with regards to the above enquiry/complaint I would really much appreciate it.

I have been sending call backs via the internet since last week and have not yet received any call back in regards to the above complaint.

I have call the call centre spoken to a agent was told that the micashback plan was cancel many years ago by miway not all the miway clients knew about it but I was never informed and then it was reinstated again what happened to all my past years micashback premiums then if it was cancelled by Miway and then reinstated again by Miway?

I am currently not a happy client and would like proper feedback with regards to my micashback that is due to me?
