Never Insure with Miway
My house was broken into early this month. My home contents were insured with Miway. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and pay all my bills on time. When its time to claim, I lodge the claim with Miway. My cameras, watch, etc was ******. I send them proof of all the items that was ****** (boxes of the items, etc). They then call and I give them all the information I have about the items. Now they are asking for proof of payment for the items. I bought some of the items 5-8 years ago, and I cant access proof of purchase of those items. <br> <br> They now have the odasity to send me an email saying that I must provide them with proof otherwise they will cancel the claim and charge me for claiming. Worst of all, they are giving me a day to provide proof. Even the bank will not have proof of statements from so long ago and will need more than a day. They even call it a \reasonable request". So now not only was I ****** by an intruder"
