never hear from assessor

I have made my second claim and am getting the same problem that happened the first time. Everything is fine until the part where they say that an assessor will contact you. Then you hear nothing after that. The first time it was urgent so I complained and then got communication from the assessor. This time is not urgent so I am waiting to see if I will ever hear anything. I made the claim on Monday and it is now Thursday.
