Never ending 2 to 3 working days for the assessor to assess my car.

I had an accident on the 2 April 2019. MiWay towed my car. They told me it should take 2 to 3 working days for the assessment process. I called them everyday to find out how far they were, they kept telling me about the 2 to 3 working days. On the 3rd day (today) I call and they tell me the lady tells me she has just send and assessor and it should take 2 to 3 working days to process my claim. How long are they going to tell me to wait for 2 to 3 working days? And she tells me she wants me to draw a scatch of the car? What is the assessor doing? I cant draw.
