Never contact my next of kin like they said they would Asked me for my alternative number more than 5 times I kept calling them to follow up on a claim They told me 72 hours they would call me and they didn't They told me 4 days of all documentations were in order my claim would be sorted and it was never They told me the wrong doer would be held liable for my excess and that works me paid to me, that never happened Just a bad experience, maybe the next person will have a better experience
