Never calling back
After a serious motor vehicle accident in which a Miway client was involved with my son, we are trying to get the insurance to pay out, however, they don't answer their phone, don't return messages and ONLY reply to email when i threaten with helopeter. Threats stop.<br> <br> They did not bother getting police report. I did. They did not bother getting witness statement. I did. They did not bother with photo's, sketch ... I had to. The police are moaning at me as Miway are supposed to do these things, but sadly not.<br> <br> Poor show!!<br>
