negotiated premiums
I had to change the type of insurance I had from personal to business + personal, that resulted in my premium to increase.<br> Senior consultant Kgothatso went all the way to decrease my premium by more than R 100. <br> I was happy as he tried couple of times to decrease with no luck at first _
