WOW, WOW, WOW!<br> <br> 5 years later I'm still amazed by the excellent service continuously received from Miway.<br> <br> I contacted miway yesterday afternoon and asked to be called back due to shortage of airtime. Thapelo Masinga returned my call within 5 minutes to give me unbiased insurance advise relating to added products with other insurers and took the time to review my policy in general.<br> <br> He offered me a discounted rate that still cannot be beaten by other insurers and offered me additional valuable products worth my while. He made sure that I understood the benefits of the products, regardless of how long it took me to be on the same page.<br> At the end, I did put him to a test and asked him if there is anything else he wanted to sell to me and he never took advantage of just pushing sales where I would end up with worthless products.<br> <br> Thapelo is the same gentleman who called me out of the blues in January 2015 and offered to register my name so that when Miway gives out vouchers to thank their clients once in a while, I would benefit.
