Negotiated a better premium.
I was about to cancel my insurance with Miway. Until I spoke to Nkosi, who has a great attitude and well mannered. He apologised on behalf of his colleague who was so rude to me. Again he was able to negotiate a better premium. Thanks Nkosi, keep up the good work!
