Negligent Miway Insurance

Good day

I have on going claim reimbur*****t with Miway Insurance and they have been sending me all over their department.

Year 2023 December I was involve in a car accident my car was knocked but I could still drive it and I opened the case for the accident then later my claim was registered and they took full 2 months to attend it until I wrote a review here on Hellopeter. The gentleman that knocked my car gave me the claim number to submit to my Insurance so that they can claim, Miway rejected that and advise me to pay for repairs and access fee while the offender handed the easy steps but they said it was against Miway laws. The so called Miway laws after my repairs were done they told that the issue now doesn't belong to Miway and I shall note that all they have done on their side which asking me to pay access fee for my car and as for my access fee reimbur*****t is no longer with them anymore. Then I retracted my membership and look for better Insurance not ****mers hiding on being genuine about the services.

I have unfortunately have not been assisted and they informed me after I have retracted my membership that they have appointed Attorneys to resolve my case but also that law firm all their staff were resigning month to month and I was not getting update. Calling Miway Insurance they don't have answer or solution and now December its going to be 2 years without any solution and I believe they are doing things their way not for the satisfaction of their clients.

I am exhausted with dealing with Miway Insurance and they not accountable for any of their ailing service that they are advertising for the better of the client satisfaction but there is no such I am always refer to their law department that will never gave me any update or solution but confusion.
