Namedrop but no incentive paid!
I recently wrote a review when signing up with MiWay, the signup service was world class however I am super disappointed with the name dropping service. I signed up on a name drop from my son as did 2 other people - all three claims were denied and he didn't receive a cent of the incentive. I have done numerous follow ups with the agent that assisted us all so beautifully however he has gone silent.
Its disappointing guys!

Thanks so much for the prompt response, clearly my frustration was a mere bump in the road. Innocentia Kgano got in contact with me yesterday morning, she listened beautifully to my frustration and took all the details - I felt heard. She committed to calling back around 3pm and did call back with her findings. I just got a follow up call from Innocentia this morning confirming the final outcome of the issue. She is an asset to your organisation and reminded me why I opted to join MiWay in the beginning. Thank you for hearing me and resolving my problem.
