Name Dropping Incentive

I referred my daughter to Miway for insurance. She was currently insured with Outsurance. She went onto Miway's website and was trying to get a quote. An error message came up and Miway phoned my daughter. They then proceeded to complete the insurance policy on the phone. My daughter forgot to mention that I referred her and then phoned back to say that I had referred her. She was told that the insurance policy was not completed online so there is no name dropping reward. I then phoned Miway and told them what had happened and that I had referred my daughter but I was told that it was not done online so no reward. So, does Miway offer rewards and then side step by throwing up an error online and then contacting a potential client by phone. This is unacceptable, I referred a client to Miway and if a reward is offered for the referral (Name Dropping) then honour that reward don't argue that it was not done online, Miway side stepped it being done online. I referred another client and never had this ******* of online acceptance!
