Name Drop loss

I am so disappointed with Miway this time around. I have been trying to login mixpress for the past weeks so that I can name drop for a colleague. Their consultants via chats failed so bad in assist which we ended up sending a normal request quote. I even told the consultant to trace my chat she asked for id number then she tells me there is already a quote...ofcourse duh! Been struggling with mixpress and the car has to be collected Wednesday. Anyway in deed the quote worked out cheaper. This happened with my mom as well so I am losing out on two payouts because of the incompetence from your side. As a Miway client for almost 7years. I AM DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!
