Name drop

I name dropped my Girlfriend a few months ago , they sent her a link where she had to complete everything . Straight after they phoned her and assisted her as she had done the quote on line , now after 3 months I queried it they tell me that because of the sales person phoned her after she did the quote online and accepted it with him , it does not qualify as a name drop ? this is now the 2nd time I had issues with miway rewards where they go out of their way to not pay.

will never name drop any other person again as this defeats the object , why would they phone a person after submitting a quote instead of them waiting for a person to accept online as well.
