Naledi L is the agent of the month!!!
I phoned in to resolve a long outstanding issue that many operators had attempted to assist with but failed. Naledi L was phenomenal. She went beyond the course of duty to ensure that all my queries were resolved. She called me back to check and confirm that all was in order.
