14 Jan 2026, 11:16Im very frustrated I have accident claim with miway insurance I'm not assisted all consulted specifically motor department as they described they can't assist I want the name of the manager of the section they cant give me I really don't know who to call as we speak if you really want to be associated with miway insurance is at your own risk.
This happen for second time I canceled warranty plan due to this poor service I'm receiving. Then they pleaded not cancel cover for vehicle insurance promising to do better next time little did I know I will encounter the same problem.
Miway only need to hire people like Nagiya Majothi ever since after majothi the service I receive is really poor.
