Naedo debits

Miway sent a naedo debit order on my account on the 23rd this despite my agreed date with them being the 27th, why are you guyssending Naedo debit order on my account as if I owe you money? This is nonsense, then I get told that I can't be refunded immediately but was advised to go reverse the debit order, are you people accredited to work in the financial industry if they advise clients to go reverse debit orders?
