Myway using towtruck as spy

I was involved in an accident on the 4th of December 2019, the accident didn't look so bad and i thought i can drive home as the place where the accident happened was dark and didn't feel safe, after few km of driving i noticed that i could not continue and i stopped, as always 4 to 5 tow guys appeared next ro me, i had also called a friend who came where i had finally stopped, the car was towed fine, my complain is that myway refused ny claim because the after they interviewed the towtruck guy who happen to be affiliated to Myway he told them i was drunk, to my surprise i was not breterlized as no police came on the scene, so in another way Myway use tow guys affiliated to them as spy, but how does the tow truck guy come to conclusion that i was under the influence of alcohol is still mystery to me, secondly the guy called Justice from myway stead of interviewing me who was involved in accident he interviewed my wife first asking her that if i do consume alcohol, and what in what state i was in when i arrived home after the accident, should i suppose to be interviewed first than jump to my wife even coming to my house making comments after seeing alcohol in my bar that i can see that alcohol was involved? To cut story short my claim was dismissed Because the tow truck guy said to myway i was under the influence of alcohol without being breterlized, that's how this insurance ***** us
