MyWay untrust worthy

Trying to put in a claim with my way is a joke I am supposed to be covered for the rest of the month, even though I cancelled with them last week. The agent that handled the cancellation said that I will be covered up until the 25th all of the sudden no cover. I can guarantee you if I try and request the recording of the conversation it will not be available. Think next step is ombudsman. I would not recommend my friends to join this insurance company.
