MyWay sucks

I have had vehicle insurance with MyWay since April 2019. On the 15 Feb 2021 my wife,while driving, collided with another vehicle in Pretoria. MyWay arranged towing services and it turned out the car was a write off. My wife was a regular driver and I was the insured. MyWay before they could even call or write to me sent a sms saying the claim was repudiated. When I called one Andrew Fogwill from MiWay he apologized that that sms was sent before they could communicate with me and confirmed that the claim was repudiated on the basis of dishonesty,negligence & due care. He said my wife told them she had stopped at the stop street and the investigation they carried out by checking the computer box indicates that she didn't not stop at the stop street.

The claim was rejected despite the fact that I was not driving as the insured,secondly despite the fact that I had comprehensive cover. A question that begs answering what was I paying the 2K a month for? I thought I paid that to be insured against accidents. These are just bunches of ****** who would stop at nothing to ensure that they escape liability & payment. I would never recommend them to anyone.
