MYWAY our light that defeated the dark

I was recently in a very traumatic experiencing on my way home from work. A few colleagues and myself were making our way home from work in my car (parent's car), when we encountered a group of males standing in the middle of the road forcing us to stop, the very moment we stopped the car they pulled out guns on us and we were forced to flee for our lives. After they kept on shooting at us the car ended up in a ditch a complete right-off. After the initial shock wears off there is that worry of what will I do now how, will I pay for the damage, will the insurance help me. Today I can say with a grateful heart that MIWAY insurance truly is an insurance of the people. Not only were they understanding, but their insurance case worker's and particularly in this case a lady by the name of Carline Fell went above and beyond in assisting my family and myself. She made the process completely easy being with us every step of the way. She was understanding of our situation and had more compassion than I have ever known anyone to have. Her manner of professionalism was nothing but perfection, she made us feel like we were not just any other client that she and MYWAY care about their clients in a way that brought nothing but light to the darkness we were in after having experienced something so traumatising. I truly take my hat off to this lady and MYWAY insurance for their help and generosity and for making this painful event in our lives much easier.
