Found myself in a stressful situation today as I mistakenly locked my keys in my car. I remembered that I have Myway which offers Road side assistance. The service i got from Keneilwe it was out of this world , It felt like I was assisted by family , she ensured I was safe, she kept checking up on me until she knocked off. The service provider was giving us a run around though, they made us wait for 2 hours , anyway Keneilwe kept checking up on them until they finally came , before she knocked off she promised to allocate someone to keep in touch with me. Just when I got home Tumi who took over from Keneilwe called me to make sure that I was home safe. Thanks family Miway
