Myway is MyHell on Earth. They sent me to bankruptcy

I have cancelled my insurance with myway in May 2022. They kept debiting my bank account. I called in June 2022 them to cancel again and they promised to refund the premiums they have wrongly collected in 7 days.

This month, September 2022, they debited my bank account again. I had to call and cancel again. Letter of cancellation has been received but they don't want to refund me anymore.

Damage has been made to my credit score as banks charge when account is empty, I even failed to pay my car installment because two insurance companies are debiting my account for one car.

Myway, confirmed that they didn't want to cancel my insurance policy because they want to retain me. Now they are asking me who had I spoken to when cancelling. This is the information they have in all the recorded calls they are keeping.

I want my refund.
