MyWay Insurance - Rude Sales Agents

Received a call from MiWay Insurance (call centre) to offer me a quote on insurance. Upon politely saying, thank you but I am not interested, the lady dropped the call impolitely. Reason for me writing this is to emphasize the importance of good manners and proper training of call centre agents. Yes, horrible job BUT this will cause me writing bad reviews and not even considering the use of the company. Also, the reason why I will not answer these calls. Your agents kill future business and add to the existing bad service in South Africa. Note that they use *** to slam the phone down when you decline a quote.
