Myway insurance

Horrible service received from Miway insurance. I had content insurance for a good while with them and when it came time to claim they stated that the device was water damaged and that my policy does not cover that, further down the line they then stated that the same device was affected by a power surge which would result in a R4500 excess fee payable. One year went by and one of my electric appliances stopped working to my surprise and then when it came to claim time they had story after story stating that my policy does not cover the repair.

I am someone when pays the instalment every month without hesitation to insure that my contents are covered but then when it's time for them to take responsibility they have excuses.. I will not recommend My way to anyone.
