Myway car insuarance

I had an insurance with Myway in 2013. When i took the insurance i didnt know the difference between private and business use. I told the consultant what i would use the vehicle for and she advised that its private use. When i then had an accident they rejected my claim saying that i should have listed my car under business use and deny that I said I do not know,I even have a recorded audio.
