Myway, big name, bad reputation

A lady insured with Myway bumped into my car while reversing at the hospital car park. At the time I was admitted in a hospital in Rustenburg. That was in April 2023. The lady has 3rd party cover from myway so she sent me a claim number from the same insurance company. I have tried on numerous occasions without success to have my claim processed. That's how bad myway is.
