Still waiting for a guy named Andrew to call me back regarding my claim for an accident which happened on the 21 st of March. Tried calling him several times without success, even sent him emails he is still responding. I even called the call centre requested to speak to the manager was told that they will ask him to call me that was last week Thursday, guess what im still waiting no feed back nothing whatsoever. I just want Myway to give me my car back and cancel the damn horrible insurance. They were quick to tell me that they want to " write off my car" and i then requested a buy back option. Now they are giving me a hard time regarding my claim. Their customer services sucks🤞😡.
