My window was smashed on the 23

My window was smashed on the 23.03.25 Sunday I called My Way same time and they said I should call back the next day , next day I did and claim was approved . Repairer called on Tuesday and asked which window was it I told them .I've been waiting the whole week for my window to be repaired.I called the repairer and they said they are waiting for a part number from My Way but My Way said they don't provide part number mind you it's been raining from Thursday till today. I called them ( My Way) again this morning they said a handler will call me up until now no one has called me
