My way is the worst

I have been a my way client since 2018 recently i habe claimed damages against my television and my vehicle i was diclined for both first one declined because of our address not being change bt we living in the same area jst a different road my vehicle was declined because 3rd party can not be located who's fault is this i have been in contact with my way to review this request as a pay a service to receive a service.

I demand to be help and a shame this insurance called my way for the worst insurance service i have ever dealt with.
