My was handled speedly but the claim payout method is an embarrassing method

My was handled speedly but the claim payout method is an embarrassing method. U received a claimscard which I sent a activation sms for on 28 April. When I wanted to use the card for a purchase on 30 April, I was told the card is not activated. I phone Claimscard and was told I can only be helped on 2 May. The R2000 purchase if food at Checkers had to be cancelled. Embarrassing to say the least.
